If you use Microsoft Exchange client for email, this screen saver will tell you if you have email waiting for you. You have the option to display a text message, or to instead float an image (of your own choosing) around the screen. The look "n feel of this one is fairly basic. It"s not glitzy and polished. But it does serve a very interesting and useful purpose.
